Federico’s background is a mix of science and Business: after training as an agronomist and specialising in enology & viticulture, he joined the Master in Management program in one of France’s most prestigious Business Schools. After working in a global Venture Capital fund, Federico joined Hello Tomorrow to support the deep tech community, leveraging his knowledge to help kickstarting the deep tech revolution and change the world to a better version of itself. 

With a mixed background in science and business, Mingxiu has completed the business analytics and corporate finance tracks at ESSEC Business School. She has gained valuable experience across cosmetics, luxury & fashion, food, manufacturing industry from top consulting firms and the beauty conglomerate L’Oréal, where she developed analytical skills, consumer centric insights and a strategic mindset.

Aziz has a dual background of science and management; After graduating with a PharmD, he decided to pursue a degree in management specialized in pharma and biotech. Leveraging his dual background in combination with his interest in innovation and new technologies, he joined Hello Tomorrow to kickstart his career in consulting.

Michael has an international and interdisciplinary background, made from two master's degrees in peace and security policy and communications and digital strategy. With a professional career tackling food insecurity in the nonprofit sector, to content marketing in tech and even education, he is combining the fruits of his experiences together at Hello Tomorrow, coordinating corporate events in Europe.

Francesco has experience in Venture Capital in Italy and holds a double degree in Management from Bocconi University and ESSEC Business School, with specialisations in Entrepreneurship and Deep Tech. He is passionate about technology, strategy, and supporting startups in their growth and scaling journey.

Ana has a background in Economics and Energy Management, with a BSc from Nova SBE in Lisbon and a Master’s in Energy Management from ESCP Business School in Paris and London, where she specialised in Finance, Investment and the energy transition. Before joining Hello Tomorrow, she gained experience in banking, in project management and in consulting. She joins Hello Tomorrow’s Consulting team as an International Projects Intern, supporting the EIC Tech to Market programme and bringing her energy backround to help accelerate innovation in Deep Tech.

With over a decade of experience in communication and marketing across in-house, agency, and startup environments, Ksenia Etcheverry brings seasoned expertise and a strong passion for technology to her work. Formerly the founder of an AI-driven startup, she now actively supports tech founders in her role at Hello Tomorrow and beyond. Ksenia holds an Executive Master’s in Business Development, Marketing, and Digital Strategy from HEC Paris.

Jack has an academic background in biomedical sciences and gained early experience in medtech startups in the UK. He then moved into the world of Medical Communications, where he spent over four years partnering with the world’s leading pharmaceutical organizations and medical experts in medical affairs and strategy, across a range of therapy areas. Jack joined Hello Tomorrow to bring his strategic and communication expertise to a wider range of industries to help solve the world’s biggest challenges.

Judit is currently pursuing her Master's degree in International Management to complement her previous studies in Business Development, but she also brings several years of marketing and copywriting experience to the table. With a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, strong communication skills and a natural curiosity, Judit is eager to contribute to the discovery and support of the next generation of leading startups at Hello Tomorrow.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Communication, Ilona is passionate about design and specialised in creating visuals that translate values into impactful designs. With over six years of experience in both French and English companies, her mission at Hello Tomorrow is to transform ideas into strong and meaningful visuals, bringing them to life through design.

Kendall is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon where she studies Environmental Science and French. She has participated in multiple study abroad programs to gain hands-on experience across many fields of work relating environmental science, conservation biology, zoology and more. Kendall has joined Hello Tomorrow as a marketing intern to gain professional working experience connecting deep tech with planetary health and develop a wide range of marketing skills.

With a background in finance and business management, Jade holds a Master’s degree from Paris Dauphine University. She began her career in private banking before expanding her experience into financial operations and entrepreneurship. Over 6 years managing a children-focused business, she gained hands-on experience in operations, financial management, and business structuring. At Hello Tomorrow, she contributes her operational mindset and financial expertise to support the company’s evolving finance function.

Thomas (Toto) has a background in International Business Development, having completed his master’s degree at an international business school in Toulouse and Paris, which included studies abroad in Ireland, Spain, and the USA. His curiosity and eagerness to learn have driven him to gain experience across diverse sectors such as hypermarkets, e-commerce, DIY, and clothing. He now focuses on finance and people, contributing to Hello Tomorrow.

After more than 7 years in very fast-paced and international startups in roles in Office and Culture Management, Ombline joined Hello Tomorrow to put her energy and skills into People Operations, with the aim of giving the Hello Teamorrow the best employee experience possible while unearthing talents that can contribute to the growth of the team and enriching the Culture. Passionate about respecting the Earth and people living on it, she puts a lot of effort into reducing her Carbon footprint, and this is why Hello Tomorrow is the perfect match for her!

Hortense is a French-qualified lawyer with seven years of experience specialising in intellectual property, IT and contract law. She works alongside Claudia as part-time legal counsel, supporting contract drafting and negotiations.

With a solid background combining applied computer science and management, Ibtihal developed a strong passion for business operations, organization, and precision. Her past experiences in IT project management and internal communications gave her a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Now pursuing her studies through a work-study program, she has joined Hello Tomorrow as a People & Office Assistant.

Elsa holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Human Resources from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, completed through apprenticeship programs. During her studies, she also had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain, further strengthening her international perspective. She is currently a part-time HR professional at Smash, where she supports several clients on a wide range of HR topics. Having recently joined the Hello Tomorrow team, she is excited to contribute to its mission and values, and looks forward to supporting its people while being part of such a purpose-driven organization.

Riadh Shaiek is an experienced Investment professional with 20+ years of experience backing, advising and operating businesses. He has a strong history of working in the VC industry, where he demonstrated his ability to source, select high potential targets and support portfolio companies scale-up. His experience covers a wide range of Deeptech sectors such as Agrifood, Manufacturing, Mobility, Energy and Healthcare. Riadh holds a master’s degree from AgroParisTech and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Amrita is an experienced life sciences investor and business strategist. With a strong background in venture capital and biotech innovation, she previously led investment activities at LongeVC, successfully funding six pioneering startups in rejuvenation biotech. At Fusix Biotech, she played a key role in securing a Series A round. Amrita has deep expertise in market analysis, due diligence, and strategic partnerships, contributing to major investment decisions at EQT Life Sciences (formerly LSP). She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Utrecht.

Ella is an emerging venture capital professional with a strong foundation in neurotech, life sciences, and research. With an MSc in Neuroengineering from Imperial and Paris-Saclay and a BSc in Neuroscience from King's College London, she focuses on early-stage investments in innovative technologies that tackle complex challenges. Ella has developed expertise in research, due diligence, and market analysis, working closely with visionary founders and supporting portfolio companies. Fluent in three languages, she is continuously expanding her VC expertise through programs like Baby VC, LVCN, and VC Labs.
