Can startups deliver at our scale?
That’s exactly what our due diligence checks. We screen for both novelty and maturity, and beyond the science, we assess each startup’s business, team, and readiness to scale. You’ll meet the ones ready for a pilot now, and know which to watch for later, from university spinouts to Series D and beyond.
What happens after you’ve found the right startups?
We can take you all the way to a decision. Our Startup to Pilot offer starts with a pilot roadmap: the scope, KPIs, and business case agreed with your BU sponsor, and a route mapped through procurement, legal, and IP. From there, we can steer the pilot with your teams until there’s a recommendation to scale or stop.

Yes. Projects can be structured around technical requirements, operational constraints and business objectives, helping the relevant stakeholders assess a solution against the same criteria.

From there, we scan the horizon for technologies that could make a real difference, narrow them down to a few bets worth exploring, and give you a clear go/no-go on each.
