Arnab Das
Head of Strategy & ESG at ASML
Arnab Das is SVP of Strategy, Corporate Development, Marketing and ESG at ASML. He previously led Corporate Strategy at Intel and spent a decade at McKinsey. Earlier, he worked on 4G/LTE at Qualcomm and as a technologist at the FCC.
Enrique Lizaso Olmos
Co-Founder & CEO at Multiverse Computing
Enrique Lizaso Olmos is co-founder and CEO of Multiverse Computing, a leader in AI model compression. He serves on the governing board of the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC). Previously, he was Deputy CEO of Unnim Bank, after 20+ years in finance.

Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company
Marc de Jong is a Senior Partner at McKinsey in Amsterdam, where he leads the Global Semiconductors practice. He has 30+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, including at Philips Research before joining McKinsey in 1998. He holds a PhD in physics.

Andrew Padilla is a Managing Partner at Aldea Ventures in Barcelona, backing seed funds and frontier technology founders. He leads direct investments, bringing 20 years of U.S. experience as a founder, operator and investor, previously at Alumni Ventures and Mithril Capital, founded by Peter Thiel.

Caroline Hargrove is CTO at Ceres, a developer of fuel cell and electrolysis technology. She built the first F1 simulator at McLaren, co-founded McLaren Applied Technologies and was CTO of Babylon Health. She is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Kristen Rocca
Principal at DCVC
Kristen Rocca invests in climate, energy and industrial innovation at DCVC. She was previously a Principal at Unovis Asset Management and Atlantic Labs, and the first hire at Novameat. A chemical engineer, she holds an MBA from IESE.

Timur Topalgoekceli is co-founder and COO of Abundance Gate and founder and President of Hello Tomorrow Türkiye. A former energy systems modeller at the International Energy Agency, he advises companies in electrochemical engineering and hydrogen mobility.

Benjamin Tincq is a Founding Partner at Marble, which builds hard tech companies for the new climate era and has launched 14 since 2021. He previously founded two businesses and helped launch a fusion energy startup. He is an engineer by training.
